Where can I find Roms for SNES, Spectrum, NES, and others?
Try doing a search on Google, Simply type the name of the system followed by the word roms then hit enter & search through the list of url's provided from your search.
Does the emulator so and so have sound?
A few of the Emu's now have sound , Dreamsnes , Dreamsms, DreamMSX.
Is the neopocket thing any good?
Yes, its just as good as everything else. Solid programming.
Do any of the emulators come with games?
No, only spectrum does and thats only because its so old.
Do you have to put the roms on your self?
Yes you do. You do not know how? Try the tutorial on burning the rom cds in the newbies section on the left.

Can you play the game *blabla* on this emu?
Well, just try it and see huh? Not such a bad idea you think?
Why is it when I try playing one of the things my TV screen starts flipping up and down?
This is usually because it was made for either pal or ntsc and your dreamcast is the opposite. Or your TV does not support the HZ mode. Some older TV's cannot handle it.
Are there any good emulators for *system*?
Try the ones on the left. They are all pretty good.
Can I use roms that I burn with nero when I burned the emu with Disk Juggler or another burning program?
Yes
Can I play japanese games on such and such emu?
Yes, of course you can :)
What files do you put on the roms cd?
The rom files, snes is .smc, nes, is .nes and so on.
